NOMINATION FORM

The Massachusetts Credit Union League, New Hampshire Credit Union League and the Credit Union Association of Rhode Island are accepting nominations for our Credit Union Rising Stars honors. This new program recognizes the up-and-coming stars of the credit union industry.

Please nominate an individual that should be considered for this year's recognition. Self-nominations are acceptable.

To be eligible all of the following requirements must be met. An individual must:

1. Work in a member credit union in Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Rhode Island 
2. Be under the age of 40 as of last birthday 
3. Be an outstanding employee, manager, or business leader
4. Be making a notable impact on their credit union or within the industry

We are looking for people who go above and beyond, who belong to committees, charitable groups, associations and other volunteer situations that allow them to give back to the industry and to the community. 

Nominations will close on Friday, March 9. Winners will be chosen by an independent committee, and will be notified by the end of March. Awards will be distributed at a breakfast event on Thursday, April 19, 2012, at the Holiday Inn in Boxborough, MA.
